System was very easy to install and setup. Either that or I got lucky. Immediately after I setup and wired the entire program, I tried to use the owner's manual to setup the World-wide-web connection. I even purchased an additional modem just for this program. The situation started when absolutely nothing I did would work. I had to Google completely to discover a telephone number for the company. I left a type message for a return call. With no call back, I left one more call. I repeated this course of action with them every day for the past three weeks. They are however to return my call. The service is not great. I am now going to have to employ a person to support me finish the setup. So beware of the negative service and be ready to invest much more income out of pocket to finish the setup. Hindsight becoming 20/20 - I wish I had purchased from an individual else. Because I have spent hours installing the technique, it is as well late to return it. Do not make the exact same mistake I created!
The Dowson 8 Channel DVR w/color/IR cams is a awesome setup. Setup and configurations was simple. As soon as setup appropriately, the cams/dvr display really good quality video.
I would most unquestionably by even more goods from the Dowson Vender.
Outstanding product for the price tag!
